Yes! A gift card with us is the perfect gift for those who want to surprise loved ones with a different and memorable experience.
The gift cards are sold at set amounts and are redeemed when booking a gaming experience with us. You can choose to give gift cards for one or more players. The recipient receives a nice gift card as a voucher.
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.

How do I redeem a gift card I received from you?
When you want to redeem your gift card, call us at 070-595 47 00 and we will book you and your party for the playing time you want. Be prepared to state your name, the date the gift card was issued and the number it has.
How long does it take to complete a game?
You have 60 minutes to solve the mystery and get out of the room. Always arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the game for check-in and review of the game rules.
How many people can/should play at the same time?
2 – 6 people can play together. We recommend a group of 4-5 people for the best gaming experience.
Are Mint escape rooms suitable for children?
School of Magic is great for children aged 7 and up. Younger children should play in the company of an adult. For children who play without adults, we recommend 12 years.
Haunted Hotel has a horror theme and is built to give chills. Due to the creepy and eerie atmosphere, we recommend the room for players over 15 years old.

Is any previous experience necessary to participate in a game?
No, you don't need to have played before. The most important thing is that you want to have fun and solve riddles and puzzles together with others.

How do I cancel or change a booking?
För att ändra antalet spelare, boka om eller avboka ett spel, vänligen ring oss på 070- 595 47 00 (09:00-21:00).
For a full refund of the booking fee, cancellation must be made no later than two days (48 hours) before the booked game starts.
After that, you have the opportunity to cancel the game up to 5 hours before the booked game starts. NB! SEK 850 will be charged.
Groups that do not show up to their game, as well as cancellations that occur later than 5 hours before the booked game start, will be charged in full and the gaming right will be forfeited.
